Avio Tutor, operated by Avio Learning Inc., provides online tutoring services through Zoom. All lessons will be recorded and uploaded to the cloud for later access by students and administrators.
User Accounts

Tutoring Sessions
- Booking: Sessions can be booked through our website. You are responsible for ensuring your availability for the scheduled sessions.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Recording: sessions may be recorded and stored in the cloud. By participating in a session, you consent to this recording
Payment
- Fees: Payment for tutoring sessions must be made in advance through our website. Payment methods will be securely stored but can be removed at any time.
- Refunds: Refunds are only available if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or if there is a technical issue preventing the session from occurring.
Tutor Responsibilities
- Conduct: Tutors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.
- Content Sharing: Tutors may share educational materials during sessions, which will be stored in the cloud.
Student Responsibilities
- Preparation: Students should be prepared for each session with necessary materials and assignments.
- Behavior: Students must behave respectfully during sessions. Any form of abuse or misconduct will not be tolerated.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided during tutoring sessions, including recordings, are the property of Avio Tutor and may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
Avio Tutor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
